Responsibilities:
* Coordinates the building maintenance work. Ensures that all maintenance is carried out on schedule and that quality of work meets GACA standards.
* Resolve technical problem in accordance with GACA standards.
* Maintains records for all maintenance work.
* Submits material requests and take appropriate follow-up action to exedite the delivery of urgently required materials.
* Implements safety procedures.
* Makes periodic status reports.
* Maintains as-built drawings.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess a University degree or 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
* Must have recognized apprenticeship and seven years experience in Civil Engineering field including 3 years at supervisory level and five years experience on an airport.
* Ability to read, write and speak clear and concise English. Arabic is desirable.
